Creatalicious Challenges 238 Lots of layers

Hello once more from a very, very rainy Scotland! 

I'm fed up with it!!  We  have spent ages growing plants in the greenhouse, and we can't get outside to enjoy them.  Garden looks lovely but the rain is slowly destroying the beautiful flowers.  So sad :(

So, onto the Creatalicious Challenges

 the theme this time is lots of layers

I have used my dies and cut out lots of layers as required!!  Blue is my favourite colour, and I think this is a lovely card.  The Blue and white looks really sharp and really shows up the die-cut layers I think.

Well there we are.  It's the end of June already.  Where is this year going?

I hope the sun is shining where you are, and I will continue to live in hope!!

Creatalicious Challenges 237

 Time for another challenge at Creatalicious Challenges. 

 This time the theme is to use a Stencil.

I love using stencils, but I just don't use them enough.  I had the hard job of trying to decide which one to use from the dozens in my box!

This topper is one I got from my daughter, and I haven't wanted to use it 

as I liked it so much!

I stencilled the background, and then put topper on.  

Simple!! Very easy card.

Conie Fong is a self-taught artist residing in California, USA with her husband, daughter, pet hamster and fishes.

 In her early childhood years, she was inspired by every kind of art and crafts.

 She loved watching demonstrations by artists on the streets and at festivals and spent most of her free time      perusing arts and crafts books in the library, drawing, crafting and experimenting with her art supplies at home. 

Conie first started sharing her art with the world by selling ACEO reprints of her ACEO paintings of fairies, mermaids, and kitty art on Ebay in 2010.

 She was a full time account manager for a University before becoming a full time mom and part time artist. 

She currently enjoys spending time with her family travelling, exploring the outdoors, and designing beautiful, cute, and magical art for craft and colouring lovers.

Crafty Catz Challenge 600 - Hetty Clare Art

I have got an announcement to make this week!!

I am excited to announce that I am now on the Design Team for 

 The Crafty Catz weekly challenge 

I am so happy to have been selected.  I am beyond excited!!

The first challenge I am doing is using a digital image from 

Hetty Clare Art who is kindly sponsoring this challenge. 

 The theme this week is Anything Goes with optional twist to Leave a Sentiment.

I have only just discovered this artist and I am in love with her designs, especially her images of Highland Cows, my favourite animal!!!

I am using an image called  Tea Party Pony
